SHOJIN | SHOYU

Authentic Shoyu broth, whole grain noodles, grilled tomato, onion tempura, truffle oil, topped with micro flowers and chives.

DAICHI no MISO | MISO

House-made original blended miso, vegan noodles, soy meat, hakusai cabbage, carrot, red onion, shimeji mushroom, bean sprouts, topped with fried chickpeas, mixed salad, and pomegranate.

TOMA TAN TON | SHIO

Blended mineral-rich "chicken" broth, whole grain noodles, stewed tomato, and hakusai cabbage, leeks, grilled tomato, crispy tofu cubes and fried nori, topped with garlic chips and black pepper.

HAKUNA MATATA | SPICY TSUKE MEN

Carrot fettuccine noodles, rich 48 hrs mushrooms tsukudani broth, blended miso, sesame paste, Chinese pepper and Japanese shichimi chili powder, Ma-la chili oil, fried shishito, and natto.
