GOGYO — The Five Elements Theory, originating in ancient Eastern philosophy, explains how the world and all phenomena are formed and sustained through the dynamic interaction of five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. These elements are not merely physical substances, but also represent movements, energies, and processes found in nature, the human body, and the universe. The elements restrain one another as well, maintaining balance.
